Build Self Confidence, Lose Weight...Using Hypnosis

Another client reported she reached her weight loss goal today:

"I first came to Capital Hypnosis in May 2010. At that time I weighed 184 lbs., wore a size 16 pants and extra-large tops.

"As of today, I now fit into size 12 pants and wear size medium tops--and weigh 152 lbs. All by using hypnosis. I'm aware of what I eat and don't need as much to feel satisfied. It can be done and I'm proof of that. I know the holidays won't be a problem either. I feel confident this weight is gone for good!"
